After some trial and error (and about 100 limes one night), this has become my new “personal” signature margarita recipe.
Ingredients:
- 16oz fresh squeezed lime juice (~8 good size limes)
- 6oz triple sec
- 10oz tequilla
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2-3oz Langer’s cran/ras concentrate (optional)
Dump everything into a 48oz blender and fill to the top with ice. Blend until the mixture looks like something that would come out of a 7-11 slushy machine. Serves ~6.
