Simple Margarita recipe

After some trial and error (and about 100 limes one night), this has become my new “personal” signature margarita recipe.

  • 16oz fresh squeezed lime juice (~8 good size limes)
  • 6oz triple sec
  • 10oz tequilla
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2-3oz Langer’s cran/ras concentrate (optional)

Dump everything into a 48oz blender and fill to the top with ice. Blend until the mixture looks like something that would come out of a 7-11 slushy machine. Serves ~6.
